Err... You miss the 2 little bags that are on the hip-band, and the belt supporting them. You miss the black leather gloves, too.
You also mixed up the manga uniform and the animation uniform. You have a white belt on waist while it must be black with white borders (this is both on manga and animation); the belt on the hip-band is white (and the hip-band too) for the manga uniform, black for the animation's one.
